Followed by:
Tabata with a Twist
Four rounds per exercise of the following work cycle:
20 sec work - 10 sec hold - 10 sec rest

  • Overhead squats, 45/30#
  • Push up
  • MedBall sit up, 20/15#

    *Move from one exercise to the next without a break
