CrossFitters fear only one thing: The WOD (Workout of the Day.) The enemy pales in comparison. If they do not, it is not hard enough.
Alternating double Tabata:
SDHP -101 & Push up - 120. Need to push harder up front and establish a higher minimum per round...Otherwise, not too shabby.
