  • SDHP, 75/50#
  • AbMat Sit ups
    *8 alternating intervals of 20 seconds of work / 10 second rest for each exercise. Lowest number of repetitions completed for each exercise is your score.

    Yesterday did AMRAP 5 HSPU, 10 L- Pullups, 15 steps Walking Lunges did 8 RDs, my HSPU are still terrible, Will do a Boxing Workout this morning then hit up the Crossfit Total this evening.
