Yesterday did AMRAP 5 HSPU, 10 L- Pullups, 15 steps Walking Lunges did 8 RDs, my HSPU are still terrible, Will do a Boxing Workout this morning then hit up the Crossfit Total this evening.
Finished with 11SDHP & 10SitUp. Looking forward to seeing your numbers for the Total.
