Gil- you and the rowing, well i dont have a rower so i will sub 50 dbl unders instead. I will do this workout later today and post my results, this will be my first workout since the race on sunday, should be interesting.
Just trying to get the most out of a good piece of gear! Did it RX in 21:50.
