Buddy WOD
Each buddy team must complete a total of 100 reps at
each station before moving to the next station.

For time:

  • Wall Ball Shots, 20/15#
  • Push ups
  • Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood
  • Box jumps
  • Double unders
