    Intermediate
  • Box jump, 20" box, 10 reps
  • Double unders, 15 reps(or 30 singles)
  • KBS, 1 pood/ 12kg, 10 reps
  • AbMat sit up, 20 reps

    Novice
  • Box jump, 12" box, 10 reps
  • Double unders, 5 reps (or 25 singles)
  • KBS, 1 pood/ 12kg, 5 reps
  • AbMat sit up, 15 reps
