TEAM WOD!
AMRAP for 15 min of:

  • Double unders
  • Push ups
  • Tire flipping, 50M

    Each team member begins work at a station. The work continues until the tire flipper completes their 50M lap. When the lap is complete, team mates rotate and pass the total rep count complete at the station to the oncoming team member.
