    Good Stuff, that is a great workout what were the times posted for it? However today is day 3 of my crossfit strength bias program and it calls for a 20 min or less metcon. I will be doing "Nancy" 5 rds for time 400m run, 15 OHS 95#, I would do the wod but i did ring dips in my heavy metcon the other day. Ne one up for the challange?
