- Samson Stretch (do one Samson Stretch each round for 5 breaths per leg)
- Squat or Overhead Squat
- AbMat or GHD Sit-up

- Elbows high and outside
- Muscle snatch
- Snatch land
- Snatch drop
- Hang power snatch
