Construction begins on the locker rooms tommorow, Sat. 4 Sept 10. We anticipate the project will be complete by Wed. 8 Sept 10. The shower will NOT be available for the duration of the project. For time:

  • 1 mile Run
  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 200 Push-ups
  • 300 Squats
  • 1 mile Run

    If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
    Start and finish with a mile run, and partition the pull-ups,
    push-ups, and squats as needed.

    Rx in 52:14! Last year was 59:57 with purple band pull-ups. -Amy G

    "Murph" is always a beast, 50:57, my new personal best, shaved 9 minutes in 3 months.
